A magical floral trail just a stone's throw from the Grand-Place
In August 2022, anearly two complicated years and some cultural moment lost by the covid, the carpet of flowers de la Grand Place is finally making its grand return to Brussels. When you know that for at least 50 years, this floral rug has attracted 200.000 visitors from all over the world each year, it makes you think that you should not miss it!
So get over the 12 at 15 August 2022, don't miss seeing the streets of Brussels in your favorite colors.
Floral Route 2022 what is it?
This route is obviously pedestrian and signposted, it will transform 12 mythical places in Brussels with the help of various floral compositions by Belgian designers and florists.
By following this route, tourists will get a taste of the famous carpet of flowers that will await them on the Grand-Place from August 12 to 15, 2022.
What is the route of the Floral Brussels 2022 route
In total, the route takes about 25 minutes. You can easily find your way there by following the signs. Do not hesitate to share your best instagram photos with the event hashtag #BXLinbloom
To make it easier, make an appointment at the start: Brussels City Hall, on the Grand-Place.
The floral route obviously ends with Manneken Pis
It colors 12 emblematic places:
- Rue des Brasseurs and Rue du Marché aux Fromages, adorned with suspended mineral fiber balls in spring colours. By Max Hurtaud.
