In Schaerbeek, not far from the Place des Chasseurs Ardennais, a new gourmet address has emerged: Kapa. This bakery, discreetly opened in 2023, is already a favorite 💙 We find the classics ofa traditional bakery, but also original creations like cinnamon buns, fig bread of spinach feta puff pastry creations, Almonds croissant . Greek specialties, such as chiken pie and other creations add an authentic touch. To accompany these delights, we love their selection of specialty coffees, including the Fredo Espresso, a chilled double espresso served over ice, straight from Greece.
And for lunch?
At lunchtime, treat yourself to a selection of sandwiches such as with mozzarella, mortadella and pomodoro, or a club with tortilla and patatas, perfect for a meal on the go. On hot days, their squeezed orange juice is a real blessing. What appeals to us even more is their lovely vegan and vegetarian assortment, with options like the vegan peanut butter and chocolate cake. We also like thedelicious cinnamon rolls et crackers. For lovers of plant-based drinks and matcha, Kapa also offers a nice variety of plant-based milk and matcha drinks.

Our opinion on “KAPA”
Why do we love Kapa? Because they combine tradition and originality with gourmet options for everyone, and you always feel welcome with a good coffee or matcha drink in hand. ☕🍪💚 Too bad there is nothing to sit on. There is only a bar for standing tables without high chairs. Our wallet and scale regret the day I discovered this little gem of the neighborhood, yet we will happily return there to taste their other sweet delights and look for good bread
Barely a foot in the Belgian capital, Pierre launched “InsideBrussels.be” more than 10 years ago, the idea is simple: “What to do? Where to go to eat or have a drink? “. Entrepreneur at heart, this is not his first project! Far from there. EatLocal.io; KingCard.be, Bricabrac.be … Like wine, with time the project improves!
