The new Brussels FoodMarket: WOLF

This new concept behind the name "WOLF Brussels" will probably become one of the capital's key places in no time. The place has opened its doors on December 14, 2019, and the crowd was already there.

Once inside the WOLF, you will understand that the concept goes much further than a simple “food court”. 3.000m2 There are in fact no less than 17 restaurants type street food, but also a organic market loose, bar, a chocolate,  as well as a micro-brewery.

WOLF welcomes, as its name suggests, “a pack” of foodies looking for a new and unique experience. You may be wondering why a pack? It is however quite simple if you look where this Brussels Food Market it's installed... A building, located two steps from Place De Brouckère.

It's up to the architect Lionel Jadot that we owe to the revival of the former Banque CGER building. Where when it was still active a pack of financial “wolves” worked. Its creator has nevertheless managed to keep the cachet and identity of yesteryear. Indeed, the old counters have been transformed into counters for streetfood restaurants and as many period elements as possible have been dismantled to be reused.

At the dawn of At the dawn of the inauguration, the small selection of restaurants in Brussels was already making us salivate. And we were eager to test those we didn't know yet.

This new “food” place will soon be super trendy in Brussels. The concept is quite simple: get together with your friends at one place in Brussels for a culinary experience around the world. Inside, 17 restaurants, foodies will easily recognize:

  • Knees to Chin and their famous spring rolls with their sauces to die for,
  • Waffle & Waffle waffles from a starred restaurant
  • Super Tram Girls, and its delicious hamburgers,
  • the piola, and its pizzas
  • My Tannour and its Syrian specialties that are all the rage in Flagey
  • Girls and their organic, vegan kitchens
  • The meats of Dierendonck,

Good to know, inside no less than 800 seats await you.

In addition to the foodHub, there is a bar and a chocolate factory, Thierry Noessen, where the artisans work with passion and provide quality products. Also, WOLF has a micro-brewery where they make organic beers and where it is also possible to train in brewing.

Icing on the cake, a central bar. Sheltered and warm…. and no less than 800 seats.

ORGANIC market in the city center at WOLF

Inside, like typical organic markets tanners market ou children, you will also find an organic market in the WOLF. This is a partnership between WOLF, The Food Hub and Groot Eiland Workshop. On the menu, The Food Hub offers a wide selection of products Biography de very good quality, from transparent sources based on the principle of fair trade. In short, a long-term partnership with local, European farmers.

Where to park to eat at WOLF Brussels

It's not easy to park in the center of Brussels, especially when you know you're going to eat at the Wolf. If you can, use public transport. The addition will be less salty if you plan to stay a long time at the table. 3EUR/ Hour.

Good news! The Wolf accepts dogs and wolves in their establishment… provided that they do not disturb the customers.

Given the number of places it is only possible to book from 20 people on the official WOLF website.
