1. SAMURAI RAMEN – A bar specializing in Ramen near the Bourse:
Do not confuse it with the Samourai restaurant which is opposite. Although it is the same boss, the menu and the prices are not the same. “Samourai” is a gourmet Japanese restaurant. “Samourai Ramen” is the noodle bar in question.
At the table, no Japanese in sight, but many tourists and locals in a hurry. At Samourai ramen you will have the choice between 3 broths (+- 12€). You can also opt for the menu at 17€. (1 soup, 1 side dish, 1 portion of Japanese dumplings (Gyoza) (5 pc) .

2. UMAMIDO- Miso Ramen Place Flagey or Sainte Catherine:
Located at the corner of Place Flagey, Unamido warmly welcomes the young and trendy customer who criss-crosses the neighborhood. The place is not big, better to arrive early. Unfortunately we cannot book. At Unamido, for 12€ you receive in addition to your miso, without supplements, 1/2 egg and 2 nice slices of roast pork. You probably won't see any Japanese in the kitchen. But as we say at home "the habit does not make the monk"!
