Until recently, Mr Kaori Yamato cooked one of the best miso ramen in the capital… one of the best Japanese restaurants in Brussels Today, the latter took a more than deserved retirement. Unfortunately we cannot book. At Unamido, for 12€ you receive in addition to your miso, without supplements, 1/2 egg and 2 nice slices of roast pork. You probably won't see any Japanese in the kitchen. But as we say at home "the habit does not make the monk"!
