A Macaroon made with Passion in Brussels

Just like chocolates, macarons are prepared and selected with the greatest care in Brussels. Planète-chocolat tells us that it's from of ingredients fresh and natural that the macaroons will be made one by one. Butter cream, cooked sugar (100% pure butter), and ganache (fresh cream containing 40% fat) are the basic ingredients. Thanks to the recipes respected in the traditions, the result can only be excellent: from macaroons to intense flavors and rich almond notes.

The interior is also made with passion and premium ingredients. Between the two crispy shells of the macaron, you will find a ganache made from chocolates very good ones qualities as well as fresh fruits. You will find in the range of 100% natural perfumes quite captivating: Sicilian pistachio, strawberries from Wépion, violet from Italy, vanilla from Madagascar.
