Good news ! This year again the largest Christmas market in Schaerbeek, the
legendary Os à Moelle Christmas Market (the oldest cabaret in Brussels) returns
in force the weekend of December 15 to 17 in Schaerbeek!
Come stroll among the many artisan stands, let yourself be tempted by a
tartiflette or a mulled wine, warm your little ones in the corner of a brazier while listening to
Christmas songs.
The opportunity to spend a pleasant time with family or friends and to find your
last Christmas presents.

Founded in the spring of 1960 by a passionate group, including Jo Dekmine, future director of theater 140, Os à Moelle stands out as the oldest cabaret in Brussels.
This cellar, full of charm and located under the birthplace of Jacques Brel, has always had the mission of welcoming artists from various backgrounds, such as singers, actors and humorists. Renowned figures such as Jacques Brel, Barbara, Toots Thielemans, Arno, Philippe Lafontaine, Pierre Richard, François Pirette, Maurane, Marc Herman, Jacques Higelin and Machiavelli, to name just a few, shared the stage with emerging talents from the Belgian and international scene.
Its appearance reminiscent of the left bank cabarets of the early 20th century gives it an authenticity and originality preserved, even after a recent renovation which improved its spaces while respecting the soul which has permeated its walls since its creation.
The team knew how to maintain the direction and the spirit of the oldest cabaret in Brussels.
More than fifty years after its inauguration, each year Os à Moelle offers a varied program including concerts, plays, improvisation shows, comedians, cabaret, events for young audiences and various leisure activities. This diversity of activities converges towards a common objective: to offer an ever-changing audience quality shows imbued with poetry, daring, revolt and conviviality.
