The Bottega della Pizza is nicknamed the best pizzeria in Belgium ! Indeed, it is thanks to a national competition organized by Kaasbrik en Foodprint that the pizzaiolo Roberto Casula and La Bottega della Pizza have acquired such notoriety. Not so surprising when you know that Roberto previously worked in a restaurant 3 stars and gained great experience in best pizzerias in Naples.
In the establishment, the pizzas are prepared with particular care in respect of a cuisine GENUINE and quality. Both flour, oil and even water are selected with the utmost importance. For example, the rise of the dough lasts 3 days!
