2. “Bxl for rent posters in the street”: easy to find a roommate in Brussels
Visit the Facebook group "Brussels for Rent - Street Posters." The principle is simple: you see a "For Rent" sign in Brussels and the surrounding area, take a picture, indicate the street name, and post it. It's often difficult to find a nice apartment at a good price. Online, in classified ads on specialized websites, rental prices are generally based on previously rented properties, and in participatory groups, many are geared towards shared accommodation and students. However, there are a large number of apartments available for rent that aren't listed online. Landlords then resort to a more traditional method: the "For Rent" sign on the building's door. This group aims to list these so that everyone can find them without having to search the entire city.
