To develop your palate with the many pleasures of chocolate, we strongly recommend a box from the "Malline" collection (a portmanteau word made up of "trunk" and "praline") from Pierre Marcolini. These boxes contain thirty chocolates all different and also contain an explanatory booklet informing you about the flavors and the uniqueness of each of the pralines.

In the evening, calm after dinner, play the game: choose a praline, observe its color and shine, then bite into it and let it melt in your mouth. Eyes closed, let yourself be carried away by this tasting and have fun guessing what it contains before reading the answer in the small explanatory booklet.
