For the seventh time, the culinary fair puts the cover back in Brussels from 18 to 30 October 2016. This year Cookery does makeover. On the program a brand new project: Culinaria 2016 Autumn by Audi"

If you don't know it yet, it'sone of the best gastronomic events in Belgium. During an evening, Culinaria invites you to taste the culinary creations of Belgium's best chefs. The Autmum experience does not take place in a classic restaurant, but in a place transformed into a gourmet spot for the occasion.

For the occasion, no less than 60 Belgian chefs of fame share and take turns in the kitchen. Also, they will be accompanied by best bartenders, producers et Belgian artisans. All come to celebrate the season of feasts and harvests in 3 very distinct universes.

Among the leaders present, proposed de starred chefs as well as promising young chefs. Among these, we will find: SANG-HOON DEGEIMBRE by L'air du temps**, LIONEL RIGOLET du At Home, JEAN PHILIPPE WATTEYNE iCook, CLEMENT SMALL JEAN Chef of the restaurant La Grappe d'Or*

The 3 Culinaria Universes 2016

Mercato Leffe, a foodmarket where every day 10 chefs will cook their favorite dishes or ones specially created for the occasion. A perfect landmark for lovers of fine products and trades related to gastronomy such as butchery, bakery. All accompanied by drinks served in several bars offering a selection of wines. The Mercato is 10 chefs / 10 dishes / 8€ per dish. In addition to the chefs present, the Dierendonck butcher and the Swiss cheese dairies will be present.

The S.Pellegrino Gourmet Restaurant, or in 8 courses, 4 great chefs, will share with you a gastronomic experience in a high-class restaurant. (Making reservations is recommended)

Club Perrier, which every evening in the company of the best European bartenders and DJs will welcome you accompanied by a menu of unique cocktails.

Culinaria Autumn 2016 address and parking

This year Cookery does not take place not at Tour & Taxi but in Anderlecht Canal embankment, 8 in a warehouse transformed into a must and surprising spot greedy. The event offers a secure parking with shuttle service organized by Audi.

Culinaria 2016 Schedules

The opening hours of Culinaria 2016 vary according to the atmospheres:

The Mercato Leffe will be open Tuesday to Saturday from 18 p.m. to 23 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. > 17 p.m.
The Gastronomic San Pellegrino will be open from Tuesday to Saturday from 20 p.m. to 23 p.m.
Club Perrier will be open from Tuesday to Saturday from 22 p.m.
The Atelier Magimix are accessible from Tuesday to Saturday from 19:30 p.m. to 21 p.m. as well as Sunday from 13:30 p.m. > 15 p.m.
