🍴 The StrEat Fest Food Festival returns to Tour&Taxi

If you like Foodies places such as Wolf  or Harbor Station, here is a pop-up place that you should absolutely try in Brussels! The second edition of the Brussels Street Food festival called “SrEat” should surprise them gourmets, gourmands and the curious.  In the program, a nice selection of chefs and taste makers, family entertainment, concerts and sweet surprises.

The organizers have planned big names in Belgian gastronomy. Their challenge: fine cuisine produced quickly. All within a fun budget so that everyone can participate.

They had already held the bet in 2022 during the first edition. This year, they are going all out with nearly 75 chefs originating from all over Belgium. For 4 days they will host Tour & Taxi and share the joys of gastronomic simplicity.

• Glen Ramaekers, Humphrey restaurant (2 toques in Gault&Miliau), subtle and creative cuisine, a reflection of his Belgian origins and Philippines
• Kevin Lejeune, chef at La Canne en ville, 1 star,
• Alexandru Sapco price Gault Millau of the Young Chef of the Year 2023 and officiating at La bonne cher,
• Fernand Obb Delicatessen awarded for his best Brussels shrimp croquettes two years in a row,
• Patrick Aubrion, pstar Belgian pastry chef, who designed with Glen Ramaekers a citizen icing sugar ;
• Tatar, young “tartare bar” which combines mixology and gastronomy,
• Chouconut, light cream puff temple with an extra boost of creativity, who will lavish all their care on visitors, who are rightly enticed.
• Soenil Bahadoer, who will represent the Netherlands, a two-star chef who will thrill the taste buds with his concept “The Spicy Chef”.

• Not less of 75 chefs will take turns at the counters to prepare tastings full of flavors or reveal their secrets in culinary workshops
• Cooking classes with chefs and the team of Mmmussels,
• Discovery cheese making workshops, pairing beers and chocolates, decoration of cakes, preparing vegan sauces, ...
• A program of workshops not linked to the foodies theme: dance, graffiti art, personalize your sneakers or create your clothes from recycled materials…
• Special workshops for little gourmets by professionals:
