Whether you are a beginner cook, the next winner of the show "Le Meilleur pâtissier" or simply a great gourmand, Mmmmm store and cooking lessons are likely to please you.

Mmmmm is in the center of Brussels, on the Louise side (Chaussée de Charleroi to be precise): easy to access by public transport and by car as they have a free parking at 15 Rue Faider.
The Mmmmh store offers several utensils professionals (from the simple pastry spatula to the juice extractor!) and above all products from all over the world : exotic spices, homemade pasta, original jams, the rarest Asian condiments, flour of all kinds, as well as an assortment of fresh products and a wine section. This is where you will find many of the products used during the cooking classes.

When you enter Mmmmh you immediately feel drawn to their superb cooking workshop with all the necessary professional equipment, large work plants for working with several people without getting in the way and a tangy decor in orange & green tones.
We tested for you the course “ Cream puffs, eclairs and Paris-Brest (55 euros). During 2h, the pastry chef Muriel will provide good humor and practical advice to make well puffed puffs, well-filled éclairs and Paris-Brest worthy of the pastry shop downstairs.
Choux pastry is not an easy technique to master but after this course, it will be impossible for you to miss it. Throughout the course, you repeatedly the opportunity to practice : preparation of the choux pastry, three different fillings (vanilla, praline and coffee), use of the nozzle to make very regular choux pastry, very straight éclairs and a round Paris-Brest (which is not shaped like a 'a rugby ball…), then meticulous filling of your creations with the prepared creams.
Finally, we leave the course with a big smile and for good reason:
