Docks Bruxelles: the new shopping center in Brussels

A new shopping center appeared in the capital on Thursday, October 20, 2016. The center is called " Docks Brussels“. In total, almost 40.000 m² of commercial spaces that expect to receive 8.000.000 visitors each year.

This shopping center could well change the habits of Brussels residents and inhabitants of the region. Indeed, this Docks Bruxsel is located in a generally uncrowded area for shopping. It's a few steps from the schaerbeek station that shopping fans will have to go.

The purpose of the maneuver was to energize the area close to the canal, which is generally little frequented. Thanks to its location, the Brussels shopping center is reachable by train (via Schaerbeek station). This is also accessible by tram through the lines 3 or 7, and as buses 47 and 48.

For shoppers who wish to come by car, DocksBruxsel offers a car park with 1.700 spaces. Please note, however, you will have to pay 2 euros/hour for parking. Parking will be free if you download the DocksBruxels application and scan the QRcode at the car park payment terminal.
