2. Knees to Chin

Notice to fans of asian fusion cuisine ! Knees to Chin, located in Ixelles, offers a unique taste journey through the flavors of Asia. What we appreciate here are fresh & tasty dishes that are quite out of the ordinary“. You can taste there delicious rice rolls garnished with fresh and tasty ingredients, as well as street food dishes inspired by different regions of Asia. The change of scenery culinary is guaranteed. Each of the rolls comes with a special sauce.
We particularly like these two:
- Crispy Bacon: Rice roll stuffed with crispy bacon, pear, marinated daikon, fresh parsley, pickled mustard seeds and wasabi mayonnaise. The combination of smoked bacon and sweet pear is original and delicious, enhanced by the spiciness of marinated daikon, mustard seeds and wasabi mayonnaise (€5.9).
- peking duck: Rice roll topped with Peking duck, pineapple, fresh mint, fresh parsley, crushed peanuts and miso mayonnaise. This revisited composition of Peking duck is an explosion of flavors and textures, with the sweetness of pineapple and the freshness of mint which perfectly counterbalance the fat of the duck (€5.9).
In addition to these two delicious rolls, here is another budget-friendly option:
- Combo Lunch: This menu includes two rice rolls and a side dish of your choice (rice bowl with peanut sauce, coleslaw or miso soup) for €14.9. This is an ideal option for a hearty and tasty meal at an affordable price.
