What is a " bagel" , you ask yourself? It is a ring-shaped roll, made of a naturally leavened dough, which is about ten centimeters in diameter. Originally from Poland, essential in the United States, bagels are slowly arriving in Belgium. Did you know there was several stores specializing in bagels in Brussels? Here are the top 10 Bagels from Inside Brussels!

1. Homemade Bagel: BaBa (Bagel Bakery)

You can fill your bagels with lots of different foods, at a low price of €7,50 per bagel, depending on what you take. Nothing better than a bagel truck to enjoy delicious bagels on the way! This bagel truck is based on the American style and remains faithful to the low price policy. There is even a small american touch to the place which gives a good atmosphere.
