Michelin-starred restaurants in Brussels 2016

With a month's delay (due to the attacks in Paris), the 60th edition of the Michelin guide finally announced the results in Ghent at Flanders Expo. Like every year, it is obviously the announcement of the new stars in Brussels by the international director of the Michelin guide which is the most awaited moment.

“The Villa in the Sky” by Alexandre Dionisio – ex-Top chef – wins his second Michelin star and enters the small closed circle of Brussels restaurants with two stars from the 2016 Michelin guide.

Restaurant Alexandre which had lost its star with the departure of its leader has now been restored to it. Isabelle Arpin, very applauded, seems to have taken over the establishment.

Unfortunately, there will be no 3 Michelin star restaurants in Brussels in 2016.
Great gourmets can always fall back on the Belgian three-star Michelin 2016 restaurants. Namely: “Hertog Jan” (Zeldegem), “Hof van Cleve” (Kruishoutem), The Goossens magic still operates as well as the restaurant “De Karmeliet” (Bruges)
