Schievelavabo Montgomery eat Belgian in Brussels!
Located near the Montgomery neighborhood, behind the Collège Saint-Michel, the Schievelavabo brand is a veritable little institution in Brussels. Here, there is no big kitchen but brasserie-style dishes (pasta, salads and meats) well served, with taste and within reach of all scholarships. Building on its success, it is not surprising that the concept has been extended to Forest (Altitude 100), in the pedestrian area near Place Jourdan as well as to Uccle.
The Schievelavabo is above all a good unpretentious belgian brasserie.
Between pasta, burger, ribs, shrimp tomato or salad, you should find your happiness without too many problems. The portions are more than correct, it's good and we are never disappointed.
We go there instead with friends or family (children's menu available for +- 8€), for the romantic dinner, it's less circumstantial.
In summer, we take advantage of the rays of the sun on the terrace at the end of the day. Inside, it's often noisy when it's busy. However, don't forget to take a look at the interior decoration and who knows, after your bill at a low price, you may still have a few cents left to throw in the sink leaning in the entrance.
